110 XLM Capping System

The 110 XLM Capping System is an innovative design integrating the feeder, chute, hopper/elevator, pick-off system and cap pressure belt.

The system conveys the caps from the hopper to the bottle. It is designed to be placed over the conveyer, which minimizes space requirements. Pneumatic adjustments are independently controlled and gauged. The system features an automatic suspend mode when no product movement is sensed and will automatically restart when movement is resumed. The unit completely shuts down within one hour. A light tower is available for visual monitoring of the system.
