38mm Modular Capping Station
A new state of the Art system in which three important features
have been combined into one to fully automate your filling line.
If you were looking to improve safety and provide protection against
contamination of the closures, our system is for you. This new
system includes a hopper elevator in which caps are loaded at
a comfortable level for the operator. They are then conveyed into
a Horizontal Feeder which orients the caps enabling them to flow
down the chute to the pick-off area. A positive air flow blower
complete with a HEPA filter is an added option for those looking
for a sanitary operating environment.
