The survey results showed a record 90 percent satisfaction level with Portola’s customers. Respondents rated Portola on a scale of one-to-five in seven categories ranging from overall service performance to quality of equipment. The results rated Portola’s performance as exceeding a 90 percent level of satisfaction. Information was sent to nearly 400 current customers with a response rate of over 63 percent.

“Portola began this survey initiative in 1995 as a way to measure our customers’ view of our performance. 6) Performance of Sales Representatives

7) Ease of order placement
