We do rebuilding the way it should be done. We tear the machine
down to a bare frame and remachine
all critical surfaces. Next we sandblast the frame and any reusable
components, such
as platens and trimmer base. We then build the machine up as if
it were new, with the latest
innovations and technology.
We offer many upgrade possibilities, including a complete rebuild
of aging Uniloy® and other
brand machines to give them a new lease on life. This includes
a total disassembly and rebuilding
from the ground up, with special attention to all electronics,
hydraulics and moving parts,
