Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Reports To: General manager
Location: Kingsport, TN

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide a safe environment to the employees through correction of safety
concerns, practices and adherence to OSHA and other regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance for a result oriented
maintenance team while fostering an environment of alignment, teamwork,
excellence and ingenuity.
Provide support and lead personnel developments and employee engagement.
Provide support to manufacturing for 24/7 operation through equipment and
facility up keeping and improvement
Manage departmental budget while generating operational excellence through
continuous improvements in different areas. Some of the examples include
but not limited to; productivity, uptime, customer satisfaction, quality,
preventive maintenance, on time shipment etc.
Capital project management
Support product and process developmental activities for corporate R&D.
Sustain and excel at different quality compliances i.e ISO, AIB
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have 10 years of experience on injection molding
machines with thorough knowledge of the injection equipment maintenance
with 5 years of experience in leading a maintenance personnel to support
24/7 manufacturing operation. Proven leadership skills to lead and inspire
employees and foster a participative, positive and productive team.
The candidate must have demonstrated results from superior interpersonal
skills, team building and staff development. Extensive experience in high
speed, electro-mechanical and hydraulic equipment, compression molding,
production support equipment such as chillers, compressors etc will be
preferred.
4 year degree required.
