Portola welcomes the extensive packaging manufacturing expertise of Clint Rutledge, previously of Graphic Packaging, as the new Vice President of Operations for U.S. Closures. In addition to 19 years of increased responsibility in the industry, Clint holds a Six Sigma certification and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.

Ron Pettineo has also been promoted to the title of Vice President of Sales.
