Portola molds 5-gallon polycarbonate water bottles in its Mexican plant and through its CapSnap Europe joint venture. Also, HDPE bottles are manufactured by the Portola Blow Mold Technologies division.

Portola's 5-gallon water bottles have a perfect neck finish for an enhanced seal with the closure, superior clarity, and high impact resistance. Bottles are offered injection blow molded in Makrolon, a high-tech polycarbonate that provides a precise bottle neck and maximum transparency. CapSnap also extrusion blows 5-gallon, 3-gallon, and 15-liter water bottles.

Portola Blow Mold Technologies manufactures a variety of sizes of HDPE bottles for the dairy and water industries out of its three plants in Canada.
